Delete Your Couple AI Account

You can initiate permanent account deletion directly inside Couple AI.

Delete in the app

Open Couple AI and sign in.
Open Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete Account.
Review both confirmations and tap Delete Account and Data.

What is deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account and saved sign-in session
Your current synced profile, case file, couple membership, and identifiable analytics profile
Local chats, photos, voice notes, Love Map answers and results on the device completing deletion

What remains

Your partner's independently owned account and private data
Your App Store or Google Play subscription until you cancel it through the store
Information a service provider must retain for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations under its own applicable terms

Timing and retries

Deletion begins immediately after the server accepts the authenticated request. Local data is cleared only after server deletion succeeds. If the request fails, the app keeps the account and local data so you can retry safely.
